2017 exhibitors will have first refusal rights through December 31, 2017 on their old location. On January 1, 2018 booth registration will open to the public and will be reserved on a first come, first reserve basis. The deadline to reserve a booth and make it into the the exhibitor listing in the EXPO Program Guide is March 30, 2018. If you reserve a booth after this time, you will be listed in the addendum distributed only at the trade show. The booth prices are as follows:
AA – 6’x8′ $750
A – 8’x8′ $975
B – 8’x10′ $1225
AAP – 6’x8′ $875
AP – 8’x8′ $1175
BP – 8’x10′ $1475
Please note that premium booth prices are designated with a “P” and are priced based on a higher visibility location or corner location. See the Floor Plans page for a listing of premium booths. An organization or business may share its booth space with ONE other organization or business with prior EXPO Management approval, plus a 10% surcharge. Both organizations and/or businesses will receive exhibitor benefits, however, only ONE B2B/2GO profile for the pre-scheduled meetings will be issued.
Booth Prices Include:
- Extra marketing with a listing on the EXPO website and in the EXPO Program Guide
- One B2B/2GO appointment contact for the pre-scheduled appointment system
- Free trade show admission for all exhibition staff and free access to seminars
- Free Amenities such as wireless internet, coffee service and bottled water
- Pipe and drape booth with 8′ high back wall, 3′ high side rails, one skirted 6′ table, 7″ X 44″ ID sign with booth number, waste basket with liner and 2 folding chairs

Payment Due Date:
Booth payment is due in full by Friday, March 30, 2018.
Full refunds will only be issued if written cancellation is received within 48 hours of an online booth registration submission. After 48 hours, the cancellation policy as outlined here will apply:
Cancellation of a contract for space by exhibitor at any time may result in loss of monies paid and does not relieve exhibitor of its obligations to make payment in full. EXPO may use cancelled space as it sees fit.
If an exhibitor’s written notice of cancellation is received before March 30, 2018, and if EXPO is completely sold out, and if the cancelled space is re-rented, then, and only then, shall EXPO provide a refund to the exhibitor, less 50% of the full value of the cancelled space. All monies received or receivable, and not subject to refund, shall be retained as liquidated damages.
Under no circumstances will a refund be made if cancellation is made after March 30, 2018.
Should EXPO be cancelled or postponed by reason of an act of god, war, terrorism, catastrophe or other occurrence or event beyond the control of EXPO Management, exhibitor will be refunded only that portion of its payment which remains after payment by EXPO of all expenses and losses caused by such cancellation or postponement, at the discretion of EXPO Management.
